Returns are accepted upon our advanced written approval of defective shipment for possible replacement.

Additionally, you must contact customer service within 3 days of delivery, and ship your item back within 7 days of delivery upon approval.
To be eligible your item must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging that you received it, along with proof of payment.

We reserve the right to deny refunds upon receiving payment/deposit for products or services requested as all

online and offline orders/sales are final unless approved for exchange only according to this policy.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Hardback Books, apparel, gift cards, downloadable goods, health,

personal care items, and household items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you

that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, the item will be exchanged for the exact item.

Promotions & Sale items 

When you treat yourself to something special, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, there are some important exceptions to our standard return policy that are crucial to understand. Only regularly priced items are eligible for potential exchange - those irresistible discounted finds or free shipping offers unfortunately do not qualify. And forget about trying to cash in on any reward program vouchers, those are strictly non-refundable.

We know it can be disappointing when an item doesn't work out, but maintaining the integrity of our promotions and pricing structures is what allows us to keep offering you such incredible value in the first place. So while we wish we could be more lenient, the reality is that final sale means final sale when it comes to those special deals and perks. While we wish we could offer refunds, the reality is that once you embark on the publishing journey with us, your payments are committed to powering that process from start to finish. So as you make this exciting leap, keep in mind that your publishing services fees are non-negotiable - but the end result will be a project you can be truly proud of.

Courses & Course Materials

Upon registration for any course offering, the associated registration fee is deemed non-refundable. This policy is implemented to ensure the administrative stability and financial viability of the course program, regardless of individual student attendance or participation. Students are advised to carefully consider their enrollment commitment prior to completing the registration process, as retroactive refunds or exceptions to this policy will not be granted under standard circumstances. The non-refundable nature of course registration fees helps the institution cover fixed operational costs and sustain the availability of course offerings for the benefit of all enrolled student.

Shipping

To return your product for approval review, mail your product to Higgins Publishing with the original receipt and the

"Exchange Request Form" provided by customer service to P.O. Box 1463, Cedar Hill TX 75106, United States. 

Any items returned without the "Exchange Request Form" will not be considered or returned.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for processing will vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
